Various Surfaces, Widths, and Thicknesses
Nominal widths range from 100 to 3,000 mm, with flat hinges, indented hinges, slots, or perforated surfaces. Hinge thickness ranges from 1.5 to 10 mm, depending on the spacing between the teeth.
For metal conveyor belts, both thickness and surface are important. The choice of the correct surface affects wear resistance and consequently the overall lifespan.
