The outer layers are designed to provide flexibility and sufficient strength when passing between rollers, preventing potential slips. The strong inner layer ensures high tensile strength (with minimal stretching) and a long lifespan. The belts are also treated with UV and oxidation protection.

The surface structure is available in a coarse fabric pattern or a diamond profile.

Agricultural Belts

Collecting Belts

Collecting belts are made from robust, impregnated nylon, coated on the upper side with PVC material.

Cross profiles can be welded onto the belt as needed. The size of the profiles ranges from 10 mm to 100 mm in height. For easier belt replacement, metal fasteners can also be used, which helps avoid downtime and increases productivity.

The belts feature exceptional stability, and resistance to plant oils, and are impregnated with UV protection and oxidation resistance.
